Valle Lindo Park is in a quiet residential area, and has 4 tennis courts.
The courts are badly in need or resurfacing, but the locals don't seem to mind the court condition, and come to play here frequently.
Parking is easy, along the sidewalk adjacent to the tennis courts.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jan 10, 2018
Recently moved nearby and since I have a large dog this park has been an amazing score!
It's huge, has a lovely winding path from one end to the other under a grove of picturesque trees. Tons of room for a big dog to run under and through the trees, as well as an enormous open field without trees.
The best element of this park is 1. The size which allows space for you to have your own area to yourself. For instance, I like to have my dog run large spans to chase the ball, but the park is frequented by other dog walkers, yet thanks to the spaciousness they can easily keep a great distance and have their own area to play without our dogs' play areas overlapping. Or overlapping with people playing a game of soccer.
The 2nd best element is how well maintained the park is. This is the first park of its size that isnt covered in huge dirt and mud patches for my dog to get filthy in. Nice and grassy. And not crowded. Quiet and shockingly private.
Has a playscape and park bench area as well. All nicely spaced out.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Mae M.Studio City, CA0214Sep 5, 2020
Great park and the playground is also great! (When it's open). Went here before COVID, and really enjoyed the pro, playground was well maintained, and other families there were nice and friendly.

Beautiful park. This park is located in the middle of a residential area. What I especially like about this park is the tennis courts with lights for dark evenings. This is a popular park for team soccer practice/games because of the large grassy area.
Bring the kids for some energy burning fun at the playground as they run around and enjoy this park. How about a family outing, picnic or BBQ? Perfect park to hang out with the family. Restrooms are usually clean. Lots of shade here and spacious area to play and run around.Helpful 10Thanks 0Love this 11Oh no 0 - Bubba R.Grand Terrace, CA114Aug 30, 2018

The park was very clean and spacious. Great park to take the kids to on a sunny day. The only down fall is they are remodeling the bathrooms and I am not a fan of porta potties. It is good to know that the city of Camarillo cares about their public parks. The up-keep shows

It's a great little park to take the kiddos and dog to. The playground is small but nice.

We had a soccer game at Valle Lindo park last weekend. The bathrooms were beyond DEPLORABLE. Not just 1, but ALL of the bathrooms were flooded and couldn't even be used. On a side note, the park is beautiful and has nice wide sidwalks throughout. There is also nice play structure for the littles...just make sure the use the restroom at home first!
