Freedom Dog Park

Freedom Dog Park is located at Freedom Park. It is 1-acre and it's the only District's lighted dog park that offers people the opporunity to bring their dogs out at night for daily excerise.

Dog Park Hours:

Monday-Sunday, 7:00am to 9:00pm

 

Holiday & Special Hours:

  • Closed Tuesday mornings 7am-12pm for lawn maintenance

 

Dog Park Amenities:

  • Double-gated entry
  • Lights (turn on at dusk)
  • Separate enclosed area for small and large dogs
  • Shaded structure with picnic tables
  • Benches
  • Leash holder
  • Dog drinking fountaion
  • Toy fire hydrant
  • Pet waste bag station with bags
  • Walking path around the dog park
