Vendor & Sponsorhip Opportunities
We organize numerous special events and programs throughout the year for our community to enjoy. Vendors and sponsors contribute to the overall success and memories created. Let's Join Forces!
Want to speak with the public and show services you offer? Be a vendor!
How to Become a Vendor:
1. Complete the vendor application found on the specific event page.
2. Applications will be reviewed for approval within 7 days.
3. Upon approval, insurance requirements will be requested based on the vendor type. Insurance certificates must be received within 14 days after receiving approval.
4. Upon receiving insurance certificates, an invoice will be sent for payment of vendor booth (events will be invoices separately).
5. Pay for your vendor booth and your all set to be a PVRPD event vendor!
Vendor Types:
- Businesses
- Nonprofits
- Home-based businesses
- Food Trucks (must have a Ventura County TFF Permit)
- Touch-A-Trucks

How to Become a Sponsor:
- Contact the PVRPD representative with interest in being a sponsor.
- Provide required insurance certificates (applies to onsite sponsors; attending an event).
- Sign a Memorandom of Understanding (MOU).
Sponsor Incentives:
Depending on the level of sponsorship, different marketing incentives are offerd to you.
Onsite Sponsor Insurance Requirements:
Sponsors are required to provide the same insurance certificates and limits as vendors.
