Park is open each day from dawn to dusk. The rolling hills of this neighborhood park offer something for everyone with long walking paths winding around numerous amenities. There are plenty of trees for shade and room to picnic and play. Named after our first General Manager, Eldred E. Lokker, this park is a beautiful destination for the community. This park does not have a restroom facility. Established 1994.
